TOUR MANAGEMENT
Take the weight off your shoulders and recruit someone to handle the management, correspondence and operations of your tour experience. Available to travel with artists and DJ’s as your on-site tour manager, operating as the point of contact to coordinate with venues, promoters and crew members during the planning, preparation, and execution of your shows. Whether that be reviewing agreements and contracts, obtaining required licensing and insurance, booking needed crew members, creating travel itineraries, and coordinating with the venue managers and promoters throughout the entirety of the process, to ensure your show runs smoothly.

Take your music career one step further by getting support and guidance throughout your journey in the music industry for brand development, graphics and logo creation, merch coordination, accounts establishment and management, music distribution, collecting royalties, creating press releases, releasing music, booking shows, obtaining legal protections for your music and company, and more.
BRAND DEVELOPMENT
It is important to develop and understand your brand. The development, maintenance and expansion of your brand relies on discovering and consistently presenting your identity and purpose. Together, we will collaborate to discover, identify and develop your brand identity, vision, values, beliefs, essence, personality, messaging, benefits, target audience, and how your brand fits into the market. We will determine what actions, behaviors and language are needed to properly relay your brand to your audience, creating alignment and consistency within your team and brand to create a successful connection with your audience.
BRAND STRATEGY
Effectively relaying your brands messaging and its purpose consistently to your audience requires planning, preparation and strategy. While Social Media plays a huge role in creating brand awareness and connecting you with your audience, it is not the only way your audience interacts with your brand. Together, we will develop strategies to convey consistent brand messaging, encourage audience engagement, and improve your brands weak points, through every aspect of your company, and each interaction and exposure your audience has with your brand, whether that be through social media, advertising, public relations, events, content, merchandise, visuals, and more.
About The Founder.
CL began her career in the music industry in New York City in 2010 at 17 years of age volunteering at CMJ Music Marathon. By 2012, she was on the road managing press and interviews for artists at major music festivals around the United States, before organically transitioning into the role of Tour Manager. In 2015, she began advising musicians, brands and businesses in the development, rebranding or restructuring of their brands.
Known for drinking endless amounts of coffee, being hyper-aware, keen on details, overly organized, persistent, goal-driven, preventative, and able to identify inconsistencies and errors while preparing for all possible outcomes, she is self-taught through years of experience and observing branding, marketing, and advertising trends and techniques. She excels in creating itineraries, coordinating with event staff, navigating festival grounds, and prediction, preparation and prevention.
